The Centre features strong tenant synergy offering home furnishings, electronics, fashion and food with 35 national tenants including Sears Whole Home,
Petsmart, Best Buy, Saan, Michaels, HomeSense, Home Outfitters, Winners, Pier 1 Imports, The Keg, and Kelsey’s Restaurant.
Shadow anchor Home Depot is located contiguously with the 27-acre Skyview property.
The phased development was completed over three years with construction of the third and final phase completed in the fall of 2003. The Centre was subsequently sold to Tonko Realty Advisors in January 2004.
