Staburn developed a 27,690-square-foot Staples on the property. Staburn added 12,500 square feet of retail space with the addition of Mark’s Work Wearhouse in 2005. This addition required an intricate purchase, environmental remediation program, subdivision and rezoning in order to proceed. The property was sold to a major public real estate company in 2007.
