The property is located along Ryan Road, the main route to and from the Comox Valley Airport, and Lerwick Road which brings traffic from the north, and is adjacent to Home Depot, Costco and the new Comox Valley Regional Hospital.

Staburn purchased surplus land from Home Depot, subdivided the property and received approval from the City of Courtenay to construct two free-standing buildings on the property.  The first phase of the project, construction of a 3,000-sq.ft Tim Hortons, was completed in 2013.  Phase 2 – construction of an 8,000-square foot multi-tenant retail building – is now complete and leased.  The new building is home to Coast Capital Savings Credit Union, Kradles Boutique, Wavecrest Medical Clinic, Pure Pharmacy and Subway.  A possible leasing opportunity exists.  View our Leasing Brochure for more information.
