Staburn developed this 80,000-square-foot power centre located on the west side of 170th Street in the heart of West Edmonton’s retail corridor in 1998.  Major tenants include Chapters, Sport Mart, Starbucks, Petsmart, and a Keg Restaurant.  Staburn sold the Centre with investment grade, long-term financing in place to Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust in early 1999.
