Penticton Power Centre

Staburn acquired this shopping centre which consisted of two contiguous retail blocks and two free-standing buildings in 2005. In 2006, Staburn added a 26,000-square-foot Winners store, significantly increasing traffic to the centre.  The centre is also home to Loblaws, Staples, Petcetera, Sleep Country Canada and TD Canada Trust as well as several smaller tenants.  The property was sold to Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust in May 2006.
