2018 Winner of a Commercial Heritage Conservation Award
We are excited to be named as the 2018 recipient of the City of North Vancouver’s Commercial Heritage Conservation Award for the McDowell building at 101 Lonsdale. This award is presented for outstanding restoration or adaptive re-use of a commercial heritage building. The McDowell building was originally constructed in 1904. Staburn repurposed much of the original siding, restoring the building to its original colours, and it is now home to Lift Breakfast Bakery.
