Staburn submitted a formal Detailed Development Permit Application to the District of North Vancouver in August 2019 to redevelop this site. Our proposal is for a 4-storey mixed-use building consisting of 32 residential units and 6,896 square feet of commercial space over a 2-storey underground parkade.
